Overall I'm impressed; I placed an order and received an email letting me know it was in processing the very next day. The following day, I received a follow-up email letting me know that product was no longer available; they offered 2 alternatives, but I didn't want either one as this was a gift and the recipient didn't want a different model. I sent them an email letting them know and asking them to cancel the order and refund my account, and it was done in less than an hour. Very professional, and I will be using them for future items. |

I ordered an audio rack. Was shipped out the next day and I received it 4 days later. It was shipped by FEDEX. It was delivered one afternoon. The driver was leaving as we arrived home. When I saw the box , it was damaged. I took pictures before I ever opened the box. Sure enough, the rack was damaged. Immediately emailed Jumbo Marketplace and notified them of the damage. The next morning they had responded to my email asking me to send them pictures and they would ship out a new rack. They had already notified FEDEX and they would pick-up the damaged rack the next day. They also notified me that the new rack had been shipped. Received the new rack 4 days later. Was a pleasure working with this company. They took care of the problem right away. Would definitely do business with them again. |

In this tough economic recession, I wasn’t looking forward to making purchases on the electronics I would need to start my new business. Then I found Jumbo MarketPlace.
Nowhere on the World Wide Web could I find prices as competitive as theirs on what I was looking for.
I called to make sure they had what I was looking at online. Not only did they have it, the very friendly salesman found a warehouse close to me and said he would ship it from that location.
No sooner than I hung up the phone a confirmation email was sent to me verifying my order. Within a few minutes I received an email stating that the warehouse has received my order and it was being processed. The very next morning I received an email stating the order had been shipped. That evening I received an email telling me that my order would arrive tomorrow! Being a man who really believes in documentation, this really impressed me on the emails.
