On Site/In-Home Responsibilities
Our service begins with organizing the materials associated with the Service prior to delivery.
Upom arrival, greeting you in a friendly manner is a requirement.
Our staff carries identification adequate to allow anyone easy recognition that he/she is performing
legitimate business on behalf of Jumbo Market Place.
The delivery technician will be responsible to wear foot coverings or take other precautions in
order to leave the your premises in the same condition in which it was entered.
In the event the Ship Request calls for Product placement or removal from within a site, we will request a
walk-through prior to supplying Service.
We will determine best method to enter or exit the delivery or pickup site and consider if the product should be unpacked or
repacked in the home or near the entrance.
Our service is responsible for all carrying, lifting and placement of the Product.
We will leave the delivery/pick-up location in the same condition in which it was found on entry.
For your delivery we will allow you to open and inspect the product prior to signing the
Delivery receipt.
We require an adult 18 years of age or older to be present at the site during the pre-scheduled date and
time delivery window. Should you elect to leave the site, our delivery staff will also leave the site immediately and contact us immediately.
If, at any time we feel unsafe with the circumstances surrounding the delivery service at your location, or we suspect that criminal
activity is imminent, we will immediately leave the premises.
Our staff will be responsible for wearing foot coverings and/or take other precautions in order to leave the
site in the same condition in which it was entered.
You will receive an email in which you can "schedule" your delivery. We will send up to three(3) emails.
Upon completion of scheduling your delivery, an email will be sent.
No delivery will be attempted until we have contacted you and arranged for delivery
Our pickup/delivery schedule is between 8am and 4pm local time. You may request a courtesy call prior to delivery.
Standard Delivery
In addition to above, includes:
- Precision schedulinQ to a 4-hour window
- Comprehensive Physical Delivery Inspection Form
- Email Scheduling and Confirmation
- Proper equipment to move item from truck to your location
- Trained delivery service provider(s)
- Delivery of your product will be placed just inside your preferred entrance.
Note: Standard delivery can be quoted from the "shipping estimator" on each product page.
White Glove Delivery
Includes Standard Delivery plus:
- We'll remove product from packing material
- We will position the product in your home according to your preference
- We will connect the A/C power, at your request, if your item requires power
- Our delivery staff will remove all debris, so that your home is left as it was when entered.

Premium Delivery Services
- We will attach a manufacturers TV stand.
- Connect additional components such as a cable box or gaming console to TV.
- Install a mounting bracket(s) to standard wood, masonry or drywall and mount TV on bracket
- Cover cables with paintable molding (paintable molding will be supplied by technician)
- Conceal audio/video wires within the wall
- Verify that the DTV passes functional tests using the available signal sources and input devices.
- Demonstrate product features and train on basic system operation
- Clean up, remove all packaging materials from your home and neatly organize all cables
- Once completed, perform a final check that all services were performed to your satisfaction.

Other Delivery Services
Other services available at an additional charge:
- Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery
- Oversize product delivery, not common but, available.
- Special delivery; a delivery outside of our normal delivery schedule will result in an added charge.
