You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Jumbo Market Place within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
We will offer refunds only within the first 30 days of receipt.
Shipping charges for return product(s) to Jumbo Market Place are the responsibility of the customer. Jumbo Market Place recommends that you always ship the product(s) with a shipper that can be tracked.
Jumbo Market Place cannot be held responsible for lost products unless there is a signature proof of delivery. Please use the RMA number and return address that you are given to properly return your item. For faster service, always email us with the tracking number of your return shipment.
Contact us prior to returning any item.
DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
Products returned for credit which are not defective will result up to a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
Defective products must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, no refund will be issued.
The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE SHIPPING CARTON.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 20% per unit, will be billed to your account.
Jumbo Market Place credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.
NOTE: Video Games, PC Games, Video Game Systems,
Accessories and DVDs may not be returned if opened, unsealed or defective. You may exchange these items for the same item if the original is defective. Terms
and Conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective Video Games, Game Systems, PC games and accessories. Any merchandise approved for return or
exchange must be in new condition with original packaging and contents. Must be returned within the specified timeframe and guidelines. Contact us for further information.
You may note that not all items can be returned. If the item doesn't indicate that it can be returned, it is up to the buyer to contact us prior to purchasing so that we can provide you with this information.
Closeouts and discontinued items may not be returned. If an item is not marked as either closeout or discontinued, please call us prior to purchase and we can provide you with the status of the item.
